I've lived in the South of England my entire life and I am ashamed to say I have rarely - if ever - visited the 'landmarks'. I thought since the weather is still decent to visit Durdle Door as I have never been. Obviously my camera came along with me so I could have little photography practice and so I could show you some of the pros of living in the south.

the product that's saved my skin

My skin has always been relatively clear except for some blemishes and uneven skin tone. However, this year my skin has gone majorly down hill. Even though I stick to a pretty basic skincare routine, I have a had A LOT of breakouts.

For years I have been using the Clean & Clear spot treatment gel on my skin to prevent breakouts and I definitely can't fault it. It works really well and I doubt I'll ever stop using it but it began to stop eliminating my spots. This year I have had mock exams so my outbreaks may have been caused from stress but I highly doubt it since it usually occurred after I wore make-up. Someone recommended I use witch hazel extract so I began to apply it with a q-tip on areas which were most affected.

Witch hazel helps to gently cleanse and tone skin to remove excess oils, impurities and make-up. It can be used to help eliminate acne, blemishes and eye puffiness. It also has anti-inflammatory effects so can help sunburn and peeling.

summer to-do list

Summer has just began and the weather in the UK is finally hot and not raining. This summer, I want to make the most out of the hot weather and spare time so I devised a to-do list of things I want to complete.

- finish watching the tv shows I keep starting
- do as much photography as possible
- try to complete my reading list
- actually get a tan
- travel to new places
- go to a fair
- go fruit picking
- watch the sunrise
- keep a summer bullet journal
- go to the cinema more often
- read more
- host a BBQ
- go to an outdoor movie
- go on more photoshoots
- get a job
- watch the sunset at the beach
- paint more
- go on morning runs everyday
- revise for my next exams
- finish coursework
- beach days

I'm going to be posting regularly from now on as I have been a terrible blogger this year. I hope you all have a lovely summer and enjoy yourselves x
